Each of our one-of-a-kind rooms tells the story of a local pioneering family whose ranches still operate in Hemphill County. As rooms are completed, we add them to our website so that you may choose the ambiance that speaks to you.

Reservation, Confirmation, Check-In, Cancellation Procedures and Policies
When you make a reservation through our online reservation system, or by phone, your credit card will be charged for the dates of your stay. When you provide us your email and cell phone numbers online in the reservation app, or during our conversation, we’ll send you a personal confirmation and your unique check-in, room entry code.
After receiving your confirmation and room entry code, you are good to go! We are always happy to meet you, get you settled into your room, and visit with you about our events, tours, fun things to do, and great places to eat and shop. So, we offer the option of a hosted check-in if you let us know your estimated time of arrival. Or, you can choose our electronic check-in system that gets you straight into your room anytime, day or night.
We realize sometimes you can’t avoid cancelling or rescheduling your plans, it happens to all of us. If you notify us by text or email 24 hours in advance we will either refund your payment or change the date of your stay. We appreciate your courtesy!
